Lip Fillers : Add Volume to Your Lips
Full facial volume is associated with youth. As we age we very often lose soft tissue volume in our cheeks and lips. The volume of the lips may deflate over time. Our lips may appear thinner, wrinkled and they may look like they are disappearing. The upper lip may develop vertical lines along the vermillion border that cannot be easily camouflaged with make-up. Your make-up may look like it is “bleeding”. Smokers are particularly prone to developing these vertical lip lines. Dr. Kopelman has many easy and safe solutions to restore the contours, shape and volume of your lips. Lip fillers like Restylane Silk or Juvederm Volbella are soft to the touch and can be injected with comfortable techniques to restore your lip volume without producing an exaggerated overdone appearance to your lips. Dr. Kopelman will take into account your unique contours and proportions and he will can compensate for any pre-existing asymmetries in order to achieve greater symmetry and facial balance.
